Living in Germany for the past 15 months subjected me to endless lockdowns to help curb the spread of the virus. While these lockdowns had their positive results, they also undoubtedly took physical and mental tolls on people. The sense of time, energy, and social behaviors have been impacted. While it would be hard to actively track how one’s body reacts to everything, technology has given us tools that can do this for us.
